Red Bull

The Red Bull Racing Team is a team owned by the Austrian Drinks Company of the same name. There are two teams owned by the drinks company with the other being the Torro Rosso Team. Red Bull Racing was formed after the drinks company bought Jaguar Racing in 2004 and the new team made its debut at the Australian Grand Prix in 2005.

David Coulthard was the driver chosen to lead the new team alongside young driver Christian Klein and the first season was deemed a success with several points scoring races. The Drivers for the 2009 season will be Australian Mark Webber and the recently retired David Coulthard will be replaced by promising driver Sebastian Vettel who performed will for the Torro Rosso Team.

The team are yet to win a Grand Prix in their short history but continue to make progress and are a solid team that look like scoring points this coming season. They appear to be a well run team heading in the right direction and are worth keeping a close eye on.
